On Tuesday 24th, Wednesday 25th and Thursday 26th August 2021, our Hospital participated in an on-site review by the Australian Council on Health Care Standards (ACHS).
To assist us in our commitment to providing excellent services, South Perth Hospital is assessed against the requirements of the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards. This involves our hospital demonstrating that we have in place a quality improvement program that tests whether relevant systems are in place to ensure minimum standards of safety and quality are met.
We are very pleased to advise our community of a very successful assessment with no recommendations received! The Assessors were very impressed with SPH systems and our staff, as were the patients and consumers the Assessors spoke to over the course of the three days.
