St John of God Pathology Western Australia was established in the mid 1940s and is one of the largest private pathology practices in Western Australia.
All facilities incorporate the latest in laboratory technology and computing. All laboratories are accredited by the National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA) to ISO 15189;2005.
We offer a wide range of tests, all closely monitored with excellent quality control. Our laboratory processes ensure rapid turnaround of test results with complete accuracy.
St John of God Pathology is one of the largest private pathology laboratories in Western Australia:
- Employing more than 540 staff, including 22 specialist pathologists
- Operating six laboratories located in Subiaco, Murdoch, Mount Lawley, Geraldton and Bunbury, with the core laboratory in Osborne Park. They are supported by 55 collection centers throughout metropolitan and regional Western Australia, one of which is located in Fortune Street, South Perth, adjacent to the South Perth Hospital
- Providing services to more than 1,000 doctors, eight hospitals and numerous nursing homes and corporate clients.
Additionally, we offer an extensive courier service and domiciliary specimen collection service. Other services include pathologist consultation, fine needle aspiration, bone marrow biopsy and electronic transfer of results.

Our fees are directed by the referring practitioners. Patients can be bulk billed at Medicare rebate, schedule or at the private rate.
