Continuous Improvement is the systematic, ongoing effort to raise an organisation’s performance as measured against a set of standards or indicators.

The South Perth Hospital Board of Management is committed to maintaining the principles and culture of continuous improvement that exist within the hospital.

The core principles of quality improvements in the South Perth Hospital Continuous Improvement program are that the improvements are:

  • Accountability enabling

  • Consumer focused

Quality of service for our patients, visitors and staff is very important to us, as is striving for continuous improvement.
